Bookish Craft Series offers a candy-bowl project for adults October 21
The library’s make-and-take session has limited space and supplies.
Winter Haven Public Library’s Bookish Craft Series will feature a decoupage candy bowl Wednesday, October 21, from 3 to 4 p.m. The session is for adults 18 and older in the downtown library’s Flex Space at 325 Avenue A NW.
The make-and-take series pairs crafting with a book-lover theme. October’s bowl project is followed by a seasonal notecard on November 18 and a book-stack ornament on December 16, according to the city’s program listing.
Space and supplies are limited. Anyone hoping to make the October project should check the event page or contact the library before building the afternoon around it. The age requirement also makes this an adult craft outing rather than a children’s Halloween activity.
